So…needless to say, Inviere here, back again with some new pics, and some more concert goodness that only the underground can provide.
I recently had the pleasure of covering the Las Cruces stop of the Hunger Pains Tour Ft. Wrekonize of Mayday and Kung Fu Vampire. The night’s set was brought to you by local hero’s “The Faceless” and the spotlight fell on the venue, “The Trunk”. It was my first time at the venue, but I found it to be an excellent place to relax, “Parking Lot Pimp” and pregame before a show. Providing both live music and art displays, the Trunk is local and underground flavor at its finest.
I had a quick run in with one of the owners of the Trunk, Shayne B. and had a good chance to network and learn more about the venue. In partnership with local group “The Faceless”, Shayne and the other owners created a new pillar in the local music and art communities by making solid connections to both the local music community and the local art community, and presenting them in a new way. The Trunk provides a chilled atmosphere and art of all varieties. From graffiti art, to music and hip hop culture in general. The Trunk is a standout among the other venues here in the crosses. I look forward to more “Trunk” Events in the future.
So, please, like, comment, share to your little hearts content cause here’s the set and a video clip….
