Whats up everyone? Inviere here, and in this edition I wanted to share the artwork for a new song! I wanted to share with you the final artwork and a few details on the upcoming release. The track, “Tell Me I’m Wrong”, is something new and I’m excited to share it with everyone soon! So let’s get to it!
Recently I have been working on what I would call, “Post Production/Pre Release” part of the game. I have been working on sending the tracks to the copyright office, and completing the artwork for the song. I had finished all the fun parts of the creative process, (Writing, Recording and Performing) and now it was time to prep for release.
I would call this song an alternative acoustic song. I only have a few instruments on the track, and they were all recorded live in my home studio. This included my trusty P-Bass, and custom 808 plug-in, my acoustic-electric guitar, a vintage ibanez delay pedal, and a digitech looper! This song was a breath of fresh air for me. I felt like I was able to do something new, without overthinking it and just do what I felt was right.
So, with that being said I hope you all are excited to check out the final artwork for the track! I hope you all look forward to the song’s release! I will keep everyone posted about the release date, but make sure to follow me on Facebook, Twitter and all that stuff for more info as it happens!
Thanks for everything and I hope you have an amazing Sunday afternoon! Keep the fight alive and be safe!
Hey what’s up everyone?! Its Inviere here, and I hope you’re doing great! In this quick post, I just wanted to share a few things I have been working on. Let’s go!!
So, as you know, I founded Inviere Entertainment a few months ago and everything has been amazing! Our first event broke even and had a good hype with NO touring acts! So I’ve used this momentum to build a good reputation in my city and things are looking good. I’m currently trying to plan better events, and updating our business plan to mesh better with how things are shaping up. In a nutshell, I may need to focus more on live events since they are doing better than record sales at the moment.
During all this I’m also gearing up for our annual charity events. Last year around November we held a warm clothes drive, and we were able to make some good contributions to a local rescue mission. This went over so well with the community we started asking for donations at other local events as well. I figure that since we are gathering people together, we might as well get some donations while we are at it!
Besides local events, I’ve also been getting familiar with copyright law and looking for a good lawyer. This is in preparation for the new album release and for future releases. I get the sneaking suspicion that musicians have forgotten to do this with their music. I know I have released mix tape songs without getting the copyright, but from now every song will have a copyright before release. This will be a major part of the upcoming releases. I will keep you all updated on the process as it develops.
All and all I really want to nail all this down and lay a good foundation to build my music on. Once we are all settled and get more familiar with the legalities of releasing independent music the correct way, there is nothing that can stop us! As always, keep the fight alive and have an amazing day!
Hey whats up?! Inviere back again, and in this edition I wanted to share with you some cool playlists that I put together on soundcloud. I gathered up all the various tracks here and there and finally placed them in some sort of order. If you know me this is no easy feat! I am by far the most organized, un-organized person I know! (if that makes sense…) But with no further delay lets get into the playlists!
The Singles Playlist
Above you can catch all the random songs that EMP has recorded and preformed over the years. There are some amazing tracks that really rock the house when we play them live, and some super chilled songs to relax to. Over all I really enjoy this playlist because it highlights the different songs we have done.
I’ve noticed that we have fans that have only heard stuff that we play live, while others have only heard what we have online. So I hope this helps bridge any gaps for everyone!
I’ll be posting more of these playlists with little breakdowns and behind the scenes stories about each track on the list. I have a few more things brewing, but I’ll go into that in future posts. Until then, be safe and keep the fight alive!
