Desert Noir is an ongoing fictional world created by Joseph Inviere: a city of concrete, steel, fading culture, underground music, and people determined to stay human.
At the center is the Fade — the slow loss of identity, empathy, art and meaning. The Razors resist it by making things worth remembering. Stories, music, art and artifacts are different windows into the same world.
