Hey, so what’s up? I hope everyone’s New Year is going well. I hope you’re sticking to your habits. I’ve been trying to stick to mine too, and I’ve been taking a slightly different route. I’ve completed my annual wellness checkup, got some blood work done, and handled some things I’d been putting off.
Now, I’m not really used to talking about stuff like that, especially because my health has always been pretty okay. But I say all that to remind you to stay consistent with your goals.
I know the beginning of the year is always filled with New Year’s resolutions and promises to get better, and around this time is usually when people start falling off. But I want you to remember to keep going, because the difference between a very successful person and an average person is the dedication and consistency behind their actions. You don’t have to work your ass off every day. You don’t have to make something perfect every day. You just have to do something every day, like this blog, for example.
So if you’re struggling to stay motivated or struggling to stay consistent, just take a small step every single day. Do something small each day that slowly moves you closer to your goal. If you stay consistent, even small steps can add up to a thousand miles over time.
That’s what I’m doing. I’m trying to be more consistent with my health, more consistent with this blog, writing my thoughts out, giving advice, creating products—everything. I hope this helps encourage you to stay consistent with your goals and keep moving forward. Lock in. I know you’ve got it.
If this helps you along your journey, or if it inspires you to start again, throw me a follow, like this blog, and follow me on my other social media.
Thank you. I love you. Be blessed.
