Lately I’ve been placing post-it notes on my wall. Each has something written on it that I need to remember, and put into practice. One of these says, “follow through”.

This little piece of paper has kept me moving forward, and has kept me focused on completing tasks. One of these tasks is finishing up a new cover song that had been on my to-do list for a while.

I had been tinkering with the concept for a while, but had yet to knock it out. With my friend the post-it note in mind, I pressed forward. Now, I share with you my friends a mellow rendition of the R&B Classic, “Nice & Slow” by Usher Raymond.
