It’s raining like crazy in my area, and it’s great. I’m fighting the urge to drink coffee on my back porch and say, “We needed this” to myself over and over. So I decided to make some music, and share a video with you all.

I have been going through some older files and I’ve been finding some really vibe-y tracks! “Carry On” is one of them.

I wanted to share this one because I’m interested in how someone new might sound on the track. I want to hear someone else’s take on the song, and see where they go with it musically. I always found it interesting to see other musicians or vocalists experiment on new songs. Hopefully I can hear something new soon!

What’s happening everyone?! I hope you all are doing well, and things are going good. In this edition I wanted to share with you a new track I have online at my newly created BeatStars profile. For those of you all that don’t know, BeatStars is the #1 music marketplace for music sales and collaborations! I’m very excited to be apart of the community there, and I plan to use BeatStars as a new way to sell my beats!

The first beat that I uploaded is a track I call, “Praise”. It’s a very mellow song and has a lot of piano leads and some really nice bass! Check out the YouTube video above to hear a sample!

Lately I’ve been placing post-it notes on my wall. Each has something written on it that I need to remember, and put into practice. One of these says, “follow through”.

This little piece of paper has kept me moving forward, and has kept me focused on completing tasks. One of these tasks is finishing up a new cover song that had been on my to-do list for a while.

I had been tinkering with the concept for a while, but had yet to knock it out. With my friend the post-it note in mind, I pressed forward. Now, I share with you my friends a mellow rendition of the R&B Classic, “Nice & Slow” by Usher Raymond.
